• Pump pressure of 9 bars
• Brew water temp of 94c
• Filtered water
• Double basket with 15g +/-2g of ground coffee
• 15kg tamp pressure
• Extraction time of 22-25 seconds
• Brew 50ml of espresso
As the coffee ages add more coffee to your basket. As a guide for every 7 days after roast add 2g.
Only grind when you are preparing coffee, do not leave ground coffee in your doser it goes stale very quickly!
Only order as much coffee as you need for one week. We don’t have minimum order requirements (e.g. 6kgs’) so you can order exactly what you need for a week.
Place bags of coffee in a cool, dry place away from odours and direct sunlight.
