Guatemala Nimak Kape CO2 Decaf
Traditionally Decaf coffee has lacked the flavour of full caffeinated coffee and had a bitter aftertaste.
With this coffee we have taken a great tasting coffee grown by small independent farmers around Lake Atitlan, located high in the hills about 60km's west of Guatemala City, used a specialist company in Germany where it is decaffeinated using a non chemical carbon dioxide (CO2) process.
Charecteristics:
Has a wine/fruity flavour and has juicy berry and black cherry tastes.
