Mainland UK Delivery

Standard Delivery Shipping is calculated at checkout stage. Generally orders under 1.50kg are sent via Royal Mail for £3.50, Orders over 1.50kg will be sent via Interlink for £6.50 Orders over £75 are sent free of charge.

Next Day Timed Services is a guaranteed Next Day Service provided by Interlink Express. 

In-store Collection is available between 09:00 and 16:00 Mon-Fri. If after 14 days you haven't collected your order it will be cancelled and your payment refunded.

We will email you when your order has left our premises, and is on its way to you. For coffee machines, grinders and other heavy items we will contact you to confirm shipping costs.

Order cut off is 14:00

Orders to Northen Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands & Scilly Isles will go via a 2 Day courier service.

European Delivery

The delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout. 

Orders for France, Germany, Belguim, Ireland,Netherlands, Luxembourg are sent Free of delivery charge when you spend £175 or more. If your order is larger than one box we will contact you with the extra shipping charges.

If you are EU VAT registered, set up your account then contact us with your VAT number and we will set up your account ex-VAT.

Standard International Delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For Service.

International Tracked orders are sent via FedEx and fully trackable.OVERSEAS ORDERS CAN ONLY BE DELIVERED TO THE INVOICE ADDRESS (THAT IS THE ADDRESS WHERE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD STATEMENTS ARE SENT).

Rest of the World

Orders up to 1kg will ship via Royal Mail Signed For Service

Orders over 1kg will ship via FedEx which is 2-10 day service.

Returns Policy

Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, including the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Note: Customers have three days from receipt of goods to notify of any errors, omissions or breakages.

Parts: For parts ordered that are not on our site for commercial equipment there will be a 25% restocking fee.
