I would advise to use half of the recommended amount, it makes beautiful hot chocolate and mocha drinks. I won't use any other product to make these drinks. Excellent. 1st Dec, 2011

The product itself is excellent, however I did not appreciate that the photo clearly displays a pump and there is NO mention on the product listing that THE PUMP IS NOT INCLUDED. It will cost you about an extra £9.
