These filters where exactly what I needed to win the Dutch brewerscup championship. I used a washed coffee and needed a boost to get more body in the cup. I don't like metal filters because of the extra fines you get in the cup. And paper filters can give an extra dry flavour and my coffee already had some dryness. So these filters where perfect and gave me the edge to win the Dutch brewerscup for the second time. Thanks coffee hit and I'll see you in Vienna.
