Another boiler dedicated to brewing means consistent brew temperature all day long. And with the inclusion of a PID, a digital device that manages the brew temperature, you can manipulate the brew temperature to suit your coffee and keeps the temperature a lot more stable compared to traditional HX machines.
PID is now standard on all La Marzocco Linea's. This makes it a much more stable and consistent machine.
