1 stars Not OEM replacement as advertised Written by Dan
I bought this "rancilio group gasket" along with a few other "rancilio" consumables from Coffee Hit. The reason for the 1 star is I do not believe they are genuine replacement gaskets, as far as I know Rancilio group gaskets have some writing on along with their logo on the top of the rubber. This replacement gasket which I have now fitted to my machine allows the portafilter to tightened even more than the old gasket ( the portafilter now needs the handle turned more than before to create a seal ) thus making the coffee in the basket closer the shower screen. I have not measured the size of this new gasket to see if it is indeed on the small size, because it is now fitted! 9th Feb, 2012

After remowval of the old gasket i noticed that the new one is slightly thinner. However the gportfilter doesn't really turn further right and it is leakfree which is most important. 14th Jan, 2012
