We've teamed up with Espresso Part NW and Greg Scace to bring his revolutionary Scace 2 Device to the UK and Europe.

If you've ever wondered what the brewing temperature and pressure of your water is then this device will tell you. Water temperature and temperature stability are key components to making great coffee. Scace 2 also tells you the pressure where the coffee puck is as you brew. So whether your an espresso engineer, café owner or a home coffee geek this Scace device lets you calibrate and monitor your equipment.

This kit comes complete. The Scace is a standard 58/57mm so wont fit smaller group heads. You will need to buy a digital thermometer, it is not included. The device will work with any digital thermometer that accepts Type T thermocouples. Fluke are generally regarded as the best out there. Here is a link to an example.
