We've teamed up with Espresso Part NW and Greg Scace to bring his revolutionary Espresso Machine Thermofilter Temperature Device to the UK and Europe.

If you've ever wondered what the brewing temperature of your water is then device will tell you. Water temperature and temperature stability are key components to making great coffee. So whether your a espresso engineer, café owner or a home coffee geek this Scace device lets you calibrate and monitor your equipment.

This kit comes complete with either a naked E61 style portafilter, La Marzocco portafilter or none (you use your own naked portafilter). The Scace is a standard 58mm so wont fit smaller group heads. You will need to buy a digital thermometer, it is not included. The device will work with any digital thermometer that accepts Type T thermocouples. Fluke are generally regarded as the best out there. Here is a link to an example.
