Previously I used the Urnex Dezcal sachets for descaling my Gaggia Factory espresso machine, which would cost £1 per descale as I used 1 sachet per 500ml. These tablets require 2 per 500ml and there are 120 in a pack, so the cost is closer to 30p per descale. I've only done one descale with the tablets but they worked just as well as the powder in the sachets. 2nd Nov, 2011
