Description

The Rhino Coffee Gear x Caffewerks Mini Pitcher Rinser brings commercial-grade Spinjet rinsing technology to smaller spaces — compact cafés, coffee carts, pop-up bars, and home espresso setups where a full-size 300mm or 600mm recessed rinser isn't practical. At 230mm in length, it has a smaller footprint than any other Rhino pitcher rinser, but packs the same core cleaning performance in a unit designed in collaboration with Caffewerks.

Spinjet Valve — 360° High-Pressure Rinsing

The Spinjet valve at the heart of this rinser delivers both vertical and rotating horizontal spray jets simultaneously, creating a full 360° rinsing action inside the vessel. This dual-direction spray blasts away stubborn milk residue, coffee grounds, and beverage build-up far more effectively than single-direction spray valves — and uses up to 30% less water in the process. The cold water spray kit comes pre-installed; a hot water upgrade kit is available separately for setups handling blended drinks or steamed milk residue.

Built for Durability and Easy Maintenance

The body is powder-coated stainless steel — durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to wipe down between cleans. The honeycomb grate is removable for cleaning, and the sloped sink base directs liquid away from the working surface efficiently, preventing pooling and the odour that comes with stagnant residue. The low-profile strainer keeps the drain clear without interrupting workflow.

Suitable for Cafés, Carts, and Home Use

Unlike the recessed 300mm and 600mm rinsers which are designed primarily for permanent commercial bar installations, the Mini Pitcher Rinser suits a wider range of setups — including home espresso bars, coffee carts, and smaller café stations where cutting into a countertop isn't practical or desired. It still requires a water supply connection and drainage, so it is not a self-contained unit, but its compact 230mm footprint makes installation far more flexible.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Mini Pitcher Rinser differ from the Rhino 300mm and 600mm recessed rinsers?

The core Spinjet valve technology is shared across all three, but the Mini Pitcher Rinser is designed by Caffewerks in collaboration with Rhino and targeted at a broader range of setups. At 230mm in length it is smaller than both recessed models, and its powder-coated construction and more flexible installation requirements make it well suited to home bars, coffee carts, and compact café stations. The 300mm and 600mm rinsers are sized for full commercial bar installations with permanent in-bench cutouts.

What does the Spinjet valve do differently from a standard rinser?

The Spinjet valve fires both vertical and rotating horizontal spray jets simultaneously, creating a 360° rotating rinse inside the vessel. This full-coverage mechanical cleaning action removes milk fats, proteins, and coffee residue more thoroughly and quickly than standard single-direction spray valves. It also uses up to 30% less water per rinse cycle, which adds up meaningfully in a high-volume café environment over the course of a service.

Does it support hot water rinsing?

The standard cold water Spinjet kit comes pre-installed and is rated for water temperatures between 2°C and 38°C. A hot water upgrade kit (RH3PE-SPINSET) is available separately for setups that need to rinse with warmer water — particularly useful for blended drinks or milk-heavy beverages where hotter rinsing improves residue removal.

What are the installation requirements?

The Mini Pitcher Rinser requires a water supply connection and drainage. It is approximately 90mm (3.5") deep without fittings, and at least 150mm of clearance under the counter is recommended for basic connection including drain hose fall. A pressure regulator of approximately 2 bar (30 psi) is recommended. An elbow fitting is advised for best installation practice on the water inlet connection.

Is it suitable for home use?

Yes — unlike the larger recessed rinsers which are primarily commercial products, the Mini Pitcher Rinser is explicitly designed for home coffee setups as well as cafés and carts. Its compact 230mm footprint and more accessible installation make it a realistic option for a home espresso bar with a sink connection nearby.

What vessels can it rinse?

Milk pitchers, smoothie jugs, keep cups, and other café vessels. The Actuator Star design suits both smaller pitchers and larger jugs, and it is compatible with optional blender adapters for rinsing blender containers.
