To start your claim, please email Sales@coffeehit.co.uk You will need to include the following information and documentation. Please note it can take up 14 working days from submitting a claim for complete turn around.

-Serial Number

-Full Name

-Email Address

-Order number

-Proof of Purchase

-Warranty claim fault description

-Video or photo of fault

 

CONDITIONS OF COVER:

- Electric goods - 1 year from final date of purchase
- Non-electric goods - 30 days from final date of purchase

What does the Fellow warranty cover?

Our warranty guarantees Fellow products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time, as outlined above. Please note, in order for a warranty claim to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be the original consumer
  • You must have purchased the product through Fellow or Fellow authorized retailers
  • You must have purchased and used the product in the United Kingdom or Ireland
  • You must provide the original sales receipt for proof of purchase
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions

Unfortunately, warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper care, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel
  • Normal wear and tear (dents, dings, scratches, paint chipping, etc.)
  • Operation with the wrong type of current or voltage
  • Failure to follow all cleaning instructions
  • Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the instructions of the product or this warranty
  • Products used or purchased outside the United Kingdom and Ireland.
