Compatible with Toddy® OS Paper Filter Bags, The Toddy® Essential Brewer is a durable, nonelectric cold brew coffee maker that produces a rich, vibrant cold brew coffee concentrate. The Essential Brewer relies on Toddy's dual filtration process, which pairs our reusable felt filter with a single-use paper filter bag. The result is a pure, delicious cold brew concentrate with the versatility to serve as the foundation for a variety of cafe beverages.

Dishwasher safe and BPA free, the Toddy® Essential Brewer for Food Service features a lever that simplifies decanting the coffee into the pitcher after brewing. Steep 8-24 hours for a cold brew concentrate that will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. The Essential Brewer can also be used to cold brew artisanal tea.
